Inspiration changed Writers block to Character Block

One of my favorite words is Inspire.  I love inspiring others and I love being inspired.  So whenever I come up with any beautiful saying (well anything I think is beautiful) I try to share it in hopes that one day,  it will help inspire someone else.

"Writers block is simply your character telling you that you have their story wrong."

And so that is my saying! It is simple but it sums up what writers block is.  making it easy for you to understand what needs to be done to make the writers block go away.  So really in a way, it should be called Character block.  It is you character blocking you.  Stopping you.  Telling you to turn around and fix the story.
