Y is for Years & an Ocean by Jo Noelle

~ About the Book

Going to a séance was supposed to be a harmless diversion in Victorian England, but for Delia Spencer, it was life altering. Since that day, she has been plagued by fainting spells, while her consciousness visits Elle Thomas more than a century in the future. In modern-day New York, Elle has kept secret the dream-like memories of Delia’s life. As the visits have become more frequent, Elle is confused about what is her life and what is not. Back in England, Delia’s father is determined to marry her off to any marginally suitable man before her illness becomes known to society. But will Delia consent, now that she’s had a taste of Elle’s independence?

Part contemporary, part Victorian; part romance, part tragedy; part young adult, part new adult. This time travel novel is set in London, England and New York City. It is a clean romance packed with suspense and humor and just enough kissing. Science fiction meets sweet romance in Years & and Ocean.

Josh doesn’t judge her like everyone else does and never did. He gets her. When he shows up at her door every night just to see her, Jenna opens up to him like she’d never been able to before. And the more time she spends with him, the more she realizes she is falling for him.
When someone in town spots the two of them together, rumors fly and her already uncomfortable existence in the town takes a turn for the worse. Though they’re identical, the two sisters are exact opposites. Maralyn attracts people to her like bees to a hive. However, because Ellyn has autism, she’s positive she’ll never be considered more than awkward.

That is, until she meets the totally hot Zane Ferrars. Zane is the tall, smart, hot, athletic, kind—and did we mention hot?—neighbor who has made it his mission to uncover Ellyn's secrets. Q is for (A) Question of Faith by Nicole Zoltack

~ About the Book

It's not everyday you learn you're the incarnation of magic.

After learning her birth mother sought the help of witches to conceive her, fifteen-year-old Crystal's previously unwavering faith is shaken. God hasn’t been answering her prayers like she thought--she was.

Crystal’s limitless magical potential is put to the test when her boyfriend’s mother is in a life-threatening accident. Surely God won’t mind her using magic to help people, but the miraculous outcome leaves Crystal wondering what she is capable of and worrying that her magic will damn her to Hell or, worse, prove she has no soul to condemn.

After her aunt is threatened, Crystal sets out to master her power, but flying and conjuring fireballs attracts dangerous attention. A witch hunter kidnaps her boyfriend, and shamans and witches hunt Crystal, desperate to use her to end a centuries-old war between the supernatural races. Her magic is an uncontrollable time bomb. If Crystal can't figure out what she's capable of, she won't just fail to protect those she loves and end the war--she might start the apocalypse.

K is for Keeping Christmas by Rebecca Blevins + A GIVEAWAY!

~ About the Book

Countdown to Christmas #5. On her way home for a Christmas full of Norwegian traditions, Paige Sorensen is pulled over by the county sheriff in the small town of Higgins. The town’s annual Christmas dinner is in danger of being canceled, so the judge sentences Paige to community service, putting her experience as a caterer to good use.

The one thing she doesn’t count on is working with Wes—a good-looking deputy who can’t stand the holiday season. He makes sure the less fortunate have a merry Christmas, but the secrets behind his eyes say he may never celebrate it in his heart.

Paige fears being stuck in Higgins will ruin her family holiday, but as she helps others, she begins to discover what Christmas—and love—truly mean.

~ About the Author

Rebecca Blevins is from the Midwest, land of tornadoes and cows--hopefully not mixed together. She began reading before she can remember, so books have always been part of her life. She has fond memories of borrowing more than thirty titles from the library at a time, and her mother stated: "Rebecca sat down to read and didn't stop until she was done with the whole bag."

Rebecca's love of reading has turned into an affinity for writing. Her first book--at age four--was a huge hit, with a cut-up diaper box cover and pages of stick figure drawings. The title? Mommy and Rebecca Go to the Store.

Now that she considers herself a grownup, Rebecca especially loves writing about pirates with rooster pox and princesses with pet anteaters, as well as tales for young adults. Rebecca was lucky enough to find a handsome writer prince, and they have four children. Their family enjoys reading together, playing Dominion, Friday night pizza, and watching funny videos on YouTube.
